2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by our web service provider on servers in Germany, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, the server briefly records technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer and browser type. We need this to deliver the site securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
3. Cookies
We set no cookies for analytics or advertising. The site uses two technically necessary session cookies that protect our forms against misuse. They expire after two hours at the latest (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Web analytics without cookies
We use Matomo, run on our web service provider's servers in Germany, to understand how the site is used. Matomo runs without cookies, shortens IP addresses before processing and respects the "Do Not Track" setting of your browser. No data is passed to third parties (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
5. Contact and partnering forms, email
If you contact us, we process the details you provide (name, organization, email address, topic, message) to answer your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR, and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
6. Fonts, documents and external links
All fonts, images and PDF documents are served from our own server; no connection to Google or other font or content providers is made. Links to LinkedIn, X or press portals only transfer data to those services once you click them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird von unserem Webdienstleister auf Servern in Deutschland betrieben, auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags (Art. 28 DSGVO). Beim Aufruf speichert der Server kurzzeitig technische Daten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Referrer und Browsertyp. Das ist für die sichere Auslieferung der Website erforderlich (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Logfiles werden spätestens nach 14 Tagen gelöscht.
3. Cookies
Wir setzen keine Cookies zu Analyse- oder Werbezwecken. Die Website verwendet zwei technisch notwendige Sitzungs-Cookies, die unsere Formulare vor Missbrauch schützen. Sie verfallen spätestens nach zwei Stunden (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Wir nutzen Matomo, betrieben auf Servern unseres Webdienstleisters in Deutschland, um die Nutzung der Website zu verstehen. Matomo arbeitet ohne Cookies, kürzt IP-Adressen vor der Verarbeitung und beachtet die „Do Not Track“-Einstellung Ihres Browsers. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte erfolgt nicht (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Wenn Sie uns kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben (Name, Organisation, E-Mail-Adresse, Thema, Nachricht), um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO sowie Ihre Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Wir löschen die Daten, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
6. Schriften, Dokumente und externe Links
Alle Schriften, Bilder und PDF-Dokumente werden von unserem eigenen Server ausgeliefert; es wird keine Verbindung zu Google oder anderen Schrift- oder Inhalteanbietern hergestellt. Links zu LinkedIn, X oder Presseportalen übertragen erst dann Daten an diese Dienste, wenn Sie sie anklicken.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht, eine Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen. Außerdem können Sie sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, zum Beispiel bei der Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
