Tacalyx and Leiden University Medical Center join forces to target tumor-specific glycans in colorectal cancer

Tacalyx has entered into a collaboration with Prof. Manfred Wuhrer and his team at the Center for Proteomics and Metabolomics of the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). The project is funded with over €500k by Health~Holland.

It builds on LUMC's work defining the O-glycome of colorectal cancer. Tacalyx will use the glycan structures identified there to generate and validate novel antibodies for diagnostic and therapeutic use.
